How does your virtual front desk work?
We offer a seamless self check-in. Once you book, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal. For security purposes, you will receive all check-in information 24-hours before your reservation. This will include detailed information on how to find the property and your unique code to access your unit with our digital locks. Should you have any questions or issues during check-in you may call or text our team.
How do you recommend getting around the city?
As our Nashville properties have access to anything you could need just a short walk away, you can park your car in our lot downtown and leave it. To take in the city at a speedier pace, rent a bike or a Bird or Lime scooter to meander around the lively city center.
Do you allow pets at the property?
Unfortunately, we can only host registered service animals at this time, and you must put in this request before your stay as there are different rules for each property.
Can you block rooms for a wedding or large event?
While we do not block rooms for large events, we are happy to provide promotional discount codes that can be used through our website to book. Email reservations@stayblackswan.com and a sales representative can get this set up after reviewing the details of the dates, estimated amount of rooms, and current rates.
Is parking included in my reservation?
Yes! Free parking is available in the lot in front of the building. Parking is first-come, first-served, and is limited to one spot per reservation.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins/late check-outs are very limited & can only be purchased more than 48hrs in advance.
