How does your virtual front desk work?
We offer a seamless self check-in. Once you book, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal. For security purposes, you will receive all check-in information 24-hours before your reservation. This will include detailed information on how to find the property and your unique code to access your unit with our digital locks. Should you have any questions or issues during check-in you may call or text our team.
How do you recommend getting around the city?
As our Greenville properties have access to anything you could need just a short, beautiful walk away, you can park your car and leave it. To take in the city at a speedier pace, rent a bike to meander around the pedestrian-friendly streets. For an added adventure, pop onto the famed Swamp Rabbit Trail and head into the quaint nearby town of Travelers Rest for a beer or a bite to eat.
What amenities are offered?
Guests have access to a fitness center, media center, interior courtyard featuring gas grills, outdoor fireplace, lounge chairs, and a saltwater pool. All of the amenities can be accessed with a fob that is given at check-in.
Do you offer discounts for long-term stays?
Yes, we do provide long-term stay discounts and are automatically applied to your booking reservation when you input your dates. There is a discount applied if your stay is seven days or longer, and another discount if it's 28 days or longer.
Is parking included in my reservation?
Yes! Free garage parking is available to all guests but is limited to one spot per reservation.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Occasionally we can accommodate an early check-in, but it's not guaranteed. Please check with our team the morning of your reservation to confirm.
