How does my Liz Resident free night work?
As a Liz resident, we want you to appreciate and utilize our Lifestyle Suites. We offer each resident a free night to try out and experience this amenity to make it a no-brainer decision. This is the perfect respite if you're moving in and still need to unpack. Maybe you're reorganizing and decorating, and you need a break from the clutter. Perhaps you need a fun and safe staycation. All are entirely acceptable, and we encourage you to take advantage of this amenity.
All you have to do is fill out the form above, and the Black Swan Team will help you find a date to stay and book your free night. The only cost to you is the cleaning fee.
What is my Liz Resident discount?
In addition to your free night, you also receive exclusive resident discounts on all other reservations booked for yourself, friends, or family. Black Swan's Lifestyle Suites provide the perfect space for your guests to be comfortable and close, but not too close (if you know what we mean).

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Occasionally we can accommodate an early check-in, but it's not guaranteed. Please check with our team the morning of your reservation to confirm.
