How does your virtual front desk work?
We offer a seamless self check-in. Once you book, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal. For security purposes, you will receive all check-in information 24-hours before your reservation. This will include detailed information on how to find the property and your unique code to access your unit with our digital locks. Should you have any questions or issues during check-in you may call or text our team.
How do you recommend getting around the city?
Park your car in a lot or garage and leave it. At Constance Lofts you have access to most everything you need just a short walk away. To take in the city at a speedier pace, try the public street car or rent a bike.
Can you block rooms for a wedding or large event?
While we do not block rooms for large events, we are happy to provide promotional discounts that can be used to book. Email reservations@stayblackswan.com and a sales representative can get this set up after reviewing the details of the dates, estimated amount of rooms, and current rates.
Do you offer discounts for long-term stays?
Yes, we do provide long-term stay discounts and are automatically applied to your booking reservation when you input your dates. There is a discount applied if your stay is seven days or longer, and another discount if it's 28 days or longer.
Is parking included in my reservation?
The easiest and most convenient parking option to the property is The National WWII Museum Parking Garage. The Museum's parking garage is located at 1024 Magazine Street. This portion of Magazine Street is a one-way, and the garage is located on the left side.
Daily parking is $50. Please note that this garage is not owned or operated by black swan so pricing can change without our knowledge. Please read all signage carefully before parking as policies do change.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins/late check-outs are very limited & can only be purchased more than 48hrs in advance..
